Joe was amazing in a stressful situation- first timers here and 4 children’s heads to comb through. He got us in immediately and checked/treated our entire family. My 5 year was in his chair for almost 2 hours, and Joe took the time to answer all her questions, she got to pick a movie and enjoyed a snack after her treatment. He provided instructions for necessary items to launder/clean and made the cleaning process at home much less stressful- there are many myths about lice and he educated us all!

Lifesaver! That's how I greeted Joe as soon as I walked in after calling a few other places that were all closed on Sat 5pm. But not Joe...he told me to be at his address by 7pm and he'd fit us in. He worked on one of my children for over 2 hours and was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I stocked up on the product line and feel equipped to ensure that these gross suckers are gone for good. I don't give 5 star ratings out willy nilly but Joe truly deserves it!
